DFCA is a non-profit, non-governmental, non-political, and non-religious organization registered under the Voluntary Social Welfare Agencies (Registration & Control) Ordinance, 1961 (XLVI of 1961), Social Welfare KP, Registration # DSW/KP/3775, and the Voluntary Social Welfare Agencies (Registration & Control) Ordinance, 1961 (XLVI of 1961), Social Welfare FATA, Registration # DSW/FATA/226.
